WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is an amazing healing modality! It is very supportive for stress, burnout, and overwhelm, as well as anxiety or feeling disconnected/stuck in your body. It helps regulate the nervous system while also guiding you back to your body, your intuition, and a deeper sense of self-connection.

ABOUT ME

Hello! I am so glad that you are here! 
I assume that you are on a healing journey for yourself and I'd like to applaud you for finding this path. 
Whether it is Yoga, Breathwork or Energy Clearing, there is something for everyone here. I am a strong believer in using eastern medicine practices to aid us in our healing. 
I am a certified 500 hour Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Physician Assistant. I offer monthly yoga classes over zoom, which can be done from the comfort of your home. I also offer Private Virtual 1:1 Breathwork journeys and Reiki.

Yoga Schedule

 Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, our classes cater to all levels, ensuring a harmonious practice. All Zoom Classes are live. If you are unable to attend live, you will be emailed the replay which is available for 72 hours. 

Class Schedule

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

All classes are on Zoom only.  

After booking, you will receive an email with the Zoom link for the class within 24 hours of class time.

You are able to purchase each class individually at $14 each.  There is also a 4 Class Pass which is good for 60 days at $50.  You get to decide when those 60 days begin! 

**If you purchase a class package, you will need to still sign up for each class that you want to attend. 

If you cannot attend live, you will have access to the replay of each class for 72 hours. This will be emailed to you after the recording is complete.
