WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is the intentional use of specific breathing patterns, guided over a period of time, to support the body and mind. It is a modality that is designed to support healing, nervous system regulation, emotional release, clarity, and a deeper connection back to your body.
Breathwork works gently with your nervous system, helping your body shift out of stress or shutdown and into a place of greater safety and regulation. The breath becomes a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind, allowing stored tension, emotions, and patterns to move and release—without needing to overthink or force the process.
My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in safety. We move at your pace, honoring where you are in each moment, without pressure or expectation.
Breathwork can be supportive for stress, burnout, and overwhelm, as well as anxiety or feeling disconnected or stuck in your body. It helps regulate the nervous system while also guiding you back to your body, your intuition, and a deeper sense of inner safety. It can also be a beautiful complement alongside therapy, supporting integration on a deeper, more embodied level.
